A proud Nashvillian with a passion for people, adventure, and community, Victoria brings energy and authenticity to everything she does.

From Nashville Native to Big Machine Leader

Victoria joined the Big Machine Distillery team in February, stepping into her role with confidence and enthusiasm. Though she’s been here less than a year, she’s no stranger to the industry—having previously worked with Pennington Distilling Company, where she discovered her love for tourism and event management.

“I always knew I wanted a role where I could work with people directly,” she shares. “I love that no two days are the same and that I get to create memorable experiences for guests.”

Planning a private event can feel overwhelming—but not when you have Victoria Gross on your side. As Tourism and Program Manager, Victoria is the driving force behind every unforgettable celebration, curated experience, and perfectly executed private event at Big Machine Distillery’s downtown Nashville venue.

From intimate tastings and custom bourbon experiences to full-scale private events, she ensures every detail runs smoothly. Her expertise, creativity, and warm hospitality transform each occasion into something special—whether it’s a corporate event, wedding party, or milestone celebration.

Finding Confidence and Connection

Stepping into a managerial position fresh out of college isn’t easy, but Victoria embraced the challenge head-on. “Being a fresh grad in a management role has definitely helped me build confidence,” she says. “Working with so many different people every day has been the best kind of learning experience.”

Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, communication, and genuine connection—qualities that shine through in every event and program she leads.

Life Outside the Distillery

When she’s not coordinating the next big event, you can probably find Victoria outdoors. She’s an avid runner and hiker who’s completed five half marathons (and counting). Weekends often mean exploring local trails or discovering new coffee shops and bars around Nashville.  She’s always on the lookout for the next hidden gem.

Her love for travel runs deep, too. After studying abroad in Rome, she spent time exploring Switzerland and developed a soft spot for small European towns. Someday, she hopes to live abroad for a while and experience life in another country.

• Dream Dinner Guest: Dolly Parton. “She radiates confidence and kindness and has lived such an interesting life. She’s always been a role model for me,” Victoria says.
