Lynnville is where it all began for Big Machine Distillery back in 2012, and it’s where our roots still run deep today. Tucked away in what Eali lovingly calls the “land of milk and honey,” this small Tennessee town embodies everything we love about local craftsmanship, good company, and genuine small-town charm.

Eali first found her way to Big Machine Distillery after spotting a job listing — and the rest, as they say, is history. “I’m a very blessed individual,” she says. “I love everything about my job — the people I work with, the beautiful view I get every day, and of course, the good local product we make right here.”

When it comes to cocktails, Eali admits she’s “more of a straight shooter,” but she does enjoy mixing up her go-to drink — a Moonshine Margarita. Her recipe? Margarita mix plus All Mighty Shine, served with a salted rim and a touch of tahín for a little kick.
