For nearly two decades, the name Big Machine has stood for bold vision, creativity, and independent spirit. Founded in 2005 by Scott Borchetta, Big Machine Records redefined the music industry — championing artists, breaking barriers, and building one of the most successful independent labels in history. Alongside him, Sandi Borchetta brought her artistic eye and design expertise, shaping the look and feel of the Big Machine brand and creating a culture where art was not only heard but seen and felt.

Together, Scott and Sandi have always built more than companies, they’ve built experiences. So when the opportunity arose to carry the Big Machine name into the world of craft spirits, the transition felt natural. Music and whiskey share the same heartbeat: tradition, craftsmanship, adding a touch of rebellion. With the same drive that fueled their music empire, Scott and Sandi set out to create a distillery that would embody the artistry, innovation, and authenticity people have come to expect from Big Machine.

Small Batch

Our Small Batch is another definition of true craft spirits. All of our Award-Winning bourbons feature unique red, white, and blue varietal heirloom corns, locally grown within 5 miles of our distillery and milled on a restored 1950's stone mill. We cook with local Lynnville creek water, and 100% copper pot distill to create a full flavored bourbon. Our high corn recipe is rounded out with wheat and malted barley, offering a drinking experience unlike any other.

- Mash bill: 76% sweet white corn, 12% wheat, 12% malted barley. 

Red Corn Reserve

Crafted in small batches, Borchetta Bourbon Red Corn Reserve is a true Tennessee original—distilled from heirloom red corn grown exclusively for its deep, distinctive flavor. We begin by stone milling the grain to preserve its character, then copper pot distill it slowly to unlock its full complexity.

This 100-proof bourbon is aged in new, heavy-charred oak barrels, producing a smooth yet robust spirit with notes of light maple syrup, dark cherry, orange zest, walnut, and white peppercorn. Every bottle of Red Corn Reserve is a tribute to craftsmanship, heritage, and flavor that refuses to be rushed.

Tasting notes vary by barrel, but expect layers of light floral honey, candied pecans, toasted oak, baking spices, sassafras, and honey nut cereal.
